Benchmark KC, LLC was founded in early 2009 to provide quality rental homes in good neighborhoods throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area.  It is Benchmark’s mission to provide the highest quality rental homes currently available to in the Kansas City area.  Our goal at Benchmark is to become the single-largest rental property owner in the region and we are achieving that goal by owning nearly 400 single family homes already.
